Cancellation Policy

This is starter wording, not legal advice. Review every clause with your own adviser and edit it in the admin panel before the site goes live.

Cancelling before dispatch

You may cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched. Contact us with your order number as soon as you can, and we will confirm the cancellation and refund any payment already taken.

After dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled. The Return & Refund Policy applies instead.

Bulk and custom orders

Orders placed against a quotation, and orders for items made to a specific requirement, may not be cancellable once production or procurement has begun. The quotation will say so where that is the case.

Cancellation by us

If we have to cancel an order — for example because stock is unavailable — we will tell you and refund you in full.
